Ahh, the lower east side. Where families once found shelter from their mundane employment. Where 'artists' now dump garbage in complete opposition of applicable zoning laws.
yeah, because those zoning laws sure took care of the crackhouses and whores that had saturated that neighborhood, david.
the heidelberg has transformed that neighborhood and you know it. quit being so damned straightlaced. what do you have against grassroots efforts? just because a law is in place does not mean it is ALWAYS the right way to do things.
